    Gameplay and Performance Data: We store data related to your kite-flying activities, including your "Kates" (cuts), "Parchis" (lost kites), match history, milestones (Chaukas, Sattas, Nehlas), and your Shahi Title progression.

    Club and Tournament Information: If you organize a tournament or create a club, we collect the team names, ground locations, custom rules, and the roster of players you manage.

    Device and Technical Data: We collect information about your device, including the hardware model, operating system, network connection status, and local storage usage.

    Camera and Photos: We request access to your device's camera and photo gallery to allow you to capture and upload your profile picture, share live match moments, and match posters.

  • To Ensure Data Accuracy: To facilitate the peer-to-peer "Claim & Confirm" digital Parchi system and resolve scoring disputes.
  • To Improve the App: To analyze usage trends, fix bugs, and ensure the background offline-sync functionality works flawlessly.
  • To Communicate with You: To send you push notifications regarding match challenges, Parchi requests, and important app updates.

Publicly within the App:Your profile picture, name, Shahi Title, and kite-flying statistics are visible to other users on the Leaderboards (Sultanate) and during live matches.
With Tournament Organizers:If you join a tournament, the organizer will have access to your name, stats, and contact information to coordinate the match.
With Service Providers:We share necessary data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the app, such as SMS gateways (for OTP delivery), cloud hosting providers (like AWS or Firebase), and analytics services.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Offline Sync

  • Profile Editing: You can update your name, profile picture, and club affiliations at any time through the "Mera Khaata" (Profile) section of the app.
  • Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. You can initiate this process via the settings menu in the app or by contacting our support team.
